First and last time. Although I was 10 minutes late to my appointment I was still left waiting for 15 minutes. My eyebrows are way too dark, black!!! After discussing wanting them brown. Was left with tint on for too long as the lady left me and went to her next client. Disappointing.

overall good the lady who did waxing to me was nice the only thing is that the staff have no Idea what TREATWELL app was and they were expecting me to pay they had to show the receipt to the owner then let me go if she accepted it. I was surprised. if you book through this app tell them that once you get there
