Jenny was fantastic and managed to help alleviate the pain in my lower back. She talked through what she was doing. I would definitely recommend a deep tissue massage here!

My message from Helen was amazing. Really loved the massage and she gave amazing tips to improve my back and posture.
The only thing was that the change room is in a small open common space, so no privacy to change, and its a shared unisex change room/bathroom/shower area. A little weird walking out of a blissful massage, and having to side step over a guy's dirty underpants who left it in the middle of the floor. There wasn't a rest area to leisurely relax after the massage either so had to quickly rush off afterwards. Also, no where to put make up on in the change room - you have to go to another area (next to the gym to do that).
