Really great massage but could hear people in the changing room talking so wasn’t really relaxing

The most tailored massage I have ever experienced, Ying is a brilliant therapist!

Focus was on pressure points more than relaxing but overall good.

The worst and most bizarre environment I’ve experienced. The treatment rooms are right next to the changing room and reception, and heard slamming doors, lockers, and loud coughing and talking throughout the treatment. Afterwards I was expected to change to use the showers and steam room while a woman was waiting in the same area for her treatment. Completely inappropriate and nonsensical. Would not return, would not recommend.
