Helena is an absolute star! She really listened to what I wanted and is an incredibly knowledgable and caring therapist.
I had a full body massage with a focus on tension relief in my back and shoulders. Helena was careful to check I was happy with the pressure, which was perfect. Helena wasn’t afraid to use a firm pressure which is what if asked for. I left feeling completely relaxed and as if all the tension had melted away. Thank you Helena!
