Great massage, exactly what I needed. Despite I requested a sport massage, Helena assessed my situation before the session and really tailored the pressure and the attention on where my body needed.
Atmosphere was cosy and relaxing, the room was warm and clean.
The little shop upstairs is a lovely independent one, in cute street of unique shops.
I really recommend it!

Helena is so knowledgable, passionate & caring. She knows exactly what she is doing & what needs to be done. She notices everything & communicates throughout. She is strong & can really treat issues with your back / neck / any areas of concern.
I have had so many massages in cities around the world, from fancy hotels to more clinical settings to other spas around East London & this was the most therapeutic.
Looking forward to going back for both deep tissue as well as more relaxing massages!
