Deep Tissue Massage
It wasy First time visit and first time massage.
The location: lovely hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. The spa is underground with a couple of therapy rooms, showers, a sauna, a gym.
The treatment: amazing massage. Had 1 hour treatment and felt amazing walking out.
Bonus: stayed in the sauna after the massage to chill.
Great way to start the weekend.
Highly recommend.
Deep Tissue Massage
Smells a little damp in the spa, could do with aromatherapy oils. Massage was fantastic but could do with essential oils. Offered lovely steam room after massage, which could also do with essential oils. Very clean, peaceful and private. Therapist was a little late but promised to add on 15 minutes to my next treatment.

I sit at a desk all day long and was in search of someone that knew exactly how to ease back pain. Amy worked magic on my knots and the first time I saw her, she was able to get all the kinks out in one session. She is proactive in asking about whether the pressure of the massage is too much and is accommodating to your therapeutic needs. Prices are extremely competitive with other places in London and worth every bit. I'm a repeat customer and would highly recommend to anyone!
