I booked a sports massage and when I showed up the venue wasn't open. I drove past later in the day and the venue was still closed. I emailed to enquire as to why this was and have still heard nothing back. To book a treatment and make time and arrange childcare to then find out it's not open and recieve no update from the salon is poor customer service.
