After realising they had been over charging me by £60 for the last three appointments, they made no effort to fix the situation. When it comes to the manicure they didn’t even touch my cuticles and when I asked for round shape, they were so crooked I had to refile them at home. Staff was very dismissive and I will absolutely not be coming back
