I booked a wax at Keo Spa, due to the salon I would have preferred to go being unavailable today. I told the waxing therapist to do what I had asked for, she told me for bikini areas (due to the sensitive nature of the skin) can only do hot wax. The place was not clean, i had to hang my clothes on a rack that had a lot of talcum on it, that now left marks on my clothing. I was charged £60 and I asked why there was a surcharge of £10 like that, and she said its because I requested hot wax?! I made a scene at the place because I had not requested hot wax. In the end she said I have to pay £57 and I did not want to waste any more time but told her I would complain. This is so bad and its acting in bad faith towards the consumer, one of the only times I request to pay at the venue - I feel like I am trying to be tricked into additional payments that I had already selected I did not want. Mandoo the waxing therapist kept asking if I wanted to brows, when I told her like 3 times Im not interested. The waxing situation, It was not even a question, I feel like it is unfair to trick people like this for some extra money. Given the state of the room that, which was not clean at all, sticky floors/chair and talcum spread everywhere. I do not want to go back to KEO space and I do not understand how they can get away with acting in bad faith like this and having poor hygiene conditions but yet charging above average prices. I thought that because of its location and images, it would be a safe place (understanding the higher price) but now I am genuinely upset.. I really did not expect this. I leave the UK tomorrow and this was the reason I wanted to get my wax today. If I had known, I would have rather went elsewhere for the same amount which I guarantee would have been a much better experience. If there was a 0 rating then this would suit it best. Worst salon in Chelsea by far for waxing

Had a great experience and nails are so strong and look lovely. Would have been even better if the technician explained step by step what they were going to do, as wasn’t sure it was the right treatment at first. But all in all a great experience and will go again.

Best nail bar in Chelsea! The salon is beautiful, the girls are so friendly and trained up on the lastest trend. Highly recommended!!! xD
Excellent service from both nail technicians. They really payed attention to cleaning my cuticles, dead skin and moisturizing with cream and oil my skin. A proper treatment!
