Short staffed, which left for a chopping and changing of technicians mid way through. However, the KEO team did a good job with my nails and I would go back.

Lovely salon. Waxing was slightly rushed and eye brows weren’t neatened up at the end so they weren’t even.
Was told to go to the bathroom and check the end results and when I returned the beautician had gone..

Love treatwell but I will not be using it to book this salon ever again. One of the most painful waxes I have ever received and the aesthetican double dipped in the hot wax (gross!). The aesthetican used a huge amount of wax and had a hard time pulling it off which resulted in a lot of painful tugging. I acknowledge that I have dark, thick hair but this has never been a problem for previous asthesticans.
Aside from this, the woman working the front desk was extremely unhelpful. I mistakening booked a Brazilian rather than a Hollywood and told her I was happy to receive a Brazilian instead. She relayed this to the aesthecian who indeed gave me a Brazilian. As I was leaving I was told I needed to pay extra for my Hollywood and had to explain that I received a Brazilian as discussed - and she apparently did not believe me (as if I was going to have to prove it right at the reception desk?). After checking again with the aestheican and further discussion she finally just let me leave but the entire situation has definitely turned me off of ever going back.
Side note, the photos look much nicer than the actual interior.
