My experience wasn't great. I had to wait 30 mins for my manicure. The tecnician was overbooked having me and another lady at the same time. She was on a rush because of the double booking. I was also pushed to pay in cash, which wasn't said anywhere.

One the best nail salons in Chelsea, I like the cleanliness, disinfected tools and attention to detail. Nails always done with great care in a pleasant atmosphere

I was booked for a manicure and pedicure and it took two hours. Waiting time was terrible and I sat there for about 30 minutes before someone even started doing my nails. I was also moved around from chair to chair as they had clearly overbooked clients and didn’t have any space. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
