The technician asked to do either shellac or normal and did not mention £21 difference. Really unprofessional and would never go there again. The place was empty and now I understand why. Very bad experience.

The salon was very bad, dirty and the staff very unfriendly. The armchair very dirty, full of white stains. Terrible experience.

The whole thing was very odd. The hour and 15 manicure was done within 20 minutes. The appointment was very awkward in a completely empty salon in silence. For that price you expect an enjoyable experience.
