Extremely rude and not polite staff. I do manucures every single week and have never seen such practice in terms of hygiene and technique. Strongly discourage any customers thinking of going to this place.

The technician asked to do either shellac or normal and did not mention £21 difference. Really unprofessional and would never go there again. The place was empty and now I understand why. Very bad experience.
