They’re a close knit team at Keo Chelsea. I once had a horrible experience where I’d turned up to get my nails done and was in severe pain suddenly and a kind fellow customer took me to the hospital. I’ve never seen a team rally in that way. Such kindness - I was even given a bottle filled with hot water to dumb the pain whilst they finished off. Well worth booking - they’re also good at what they do

I did make a last minute booking to KEO, didn’t require any paint, just wanted to be relief from the pain and bumps on my feet but I did not anticipate the attitude of my technician. Even though he did open new tools from a seal package. However, tools were thrown onto the plate and made loud noises like he didn’t care or wanted to be there. I didn’t have a good experience with him doing my pedicure, it was very rough and my feet ended up hurting during and after the session.

I've been going to Keep for years. They're super professional and efficient and the place is really nice and clean a d staff are really friendly and accommodating.
