Professional, effective and very enjoyable. This isn't a spa experience - as the name suggests, it's a specialised physio. Having said that, the environment was very pleasant. I got a really great massage from someone who clearly knows what they are doing. I felt significantly lighter and better on my way home, and got lots of good tips from Ewelina. Have already recommended this to a friend, and hope to be back soon!

Ewelina is super knowledgeable not just about massage but also physio in general so she was a massive help with my IT band, releasing it and recommending exercises to strengthen the muscles that were the root of the problem. She’s my go-to massage therapist and I can’t recommend her enough!
