Best sports massage I’ve had, and was really knowledgeable about what my issues were and even gave me some exercises to do to help with my shoulder.

Amazing massage by Sabina! Before starting she asked about problem areas and how she would use the hour as well as the pressure she’d use. During the massage Sabina informed me when she’d be focusing on knots that may be a bit painful so I knew what to expect! I came away very relaxed and booked a follow up on my way home to work on some difficult knots! Would highly recommend 👍
Had lymphatic drainage massage with Sabina who was great. She kindly explained everything about the treatment and what to expect. I would recommend it and will be back. Thank you!
