I’ve visited twice before with no issues, but my recent experience left me in tears. I had booked with Federico but was assigned a different stylist. I asked for a trim and a U-shape, but lost 40% of my hair length. The cut was straight across and didn’t resemble what I wanted. The stylist’s technique was unusual, bringing most of my hair to the front before cutting, and I wasn’t shown the final result styled, just a blow-dried fringe. I paid more expecting a quality result but left devastated.
