Worst cut and colour ever received. Didn’t listen to the brief, changed the colour significantly, didn’t acknowledge the hair type, tried to make it a more interesting cut than required, it didn’t work and they kept cutting.

Nice guy, took care and attention but the blow dry was not great, didn’t suit me and didn’t last at all. Pity as he was a lovely guy but felt like he did a generic blow dry rather than one that suited the person in the chair. Expensive salon. Over priced for what it is.

Unexpectedly Expensive and possibly the worst cut and colour I have ever had. The guys were lovely but the colour and cut were not right at all. So so so disappointing. Had such high hopes.
