The whole team were lovely and very patient. I didn’t receive the initial result I was expecting but they corrected the issue immediately and were very understanding. Batoul the stylist really knows what she’s doing and Sonia was very accommodating and lovely ☺️

I had an absolutely amazing cut and balyage with Batoul! She was so friendly and listened really well, and I've never had a better colour treatment (my hair was plain brown before). Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the cut and styling was great
