The worst blow dry I’ve ever had . My hair was ok going into the salon but coming out it was absolutely terrible . I felt ashamed to walk up the street it was so bad . The only word the so called stylist used was volume . There was no conversation it looked like she didn’t know how to use a brush with the dryer . She almost dried my hair completely before even attempting to put it into style . I’m honestly astounded that a salon could employ someone that inexperienced

I arrived early and was taken downstairs to the glam room straight away. The lady got to work straight away and did my make up and hair so amazingly. The manager did my nail polish when I hadn't booked for this. The lady, I think Naz, did my eyebrows, my hair and makeup so professionally. I was treated like a goddess.
