Was a nice massage but the lady was moody at first because apparently I filled out the form wrong (I didn't...) so made me fill it out again. It was a really nice massage though.

I had the environ vit facial. The treatment was fine but the price advertised is not accurate - I paid an extra £10 for the mask which I had assumed was included. The facial itself was not relax. I felt that the therapist was took rough and even when she asked me if she should be more gentle (to which I agree) she was just a rough afterwards. On the bright side my skin looked very nice afterwards.
