Song and his team have a lovely, personable way with all their customers.
A really nice touch is to always be offered a tea, coffee or water as you sit down

My second time coming and it was worse than the first which is a shame. Asked the staff to do BIAB on one toe to repair it due to trauma, they instead - tore a piece of tissue and used that instead of what I asked for; and did not communicate this to myself. Didn’t ask anything regarding the shape I wanted, felt like they just didn’t want me in the chair. I’m a therapist who does pedicures and that is pretty inadequate with the lack of communication and understanding due to language barrier.
