Everything felt rushed, there was no cuticle work (at least they should ask if you want them touched), and I had to ask for her to push them back. The massage was just applying lotion in 30 seconds, which is even more frustrating when the lady sitting next to me is having hers massaged properly by her technician, and for a longer amount of time (usually they last 3-5 minutes wherever else I have been before). Everyone else at the salon was charming, but it doesn't want to give them a second try
