I went to take a tone for my hair and showed exact pictures of want I want. But the service was very poor. I had to wait with my color on up to 55 minutes. Ruth had client before me, so she went on fixing that person's hair while I was waiting with color on almost an hour. When finally other person finished her work she started washing my hair. The color was much darker than I wanted and I had to go elsewhere to fix my hair completely.
