Very uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I booked through Treatwell because that is the system the salon offers, but was then blamed for using it and told I should have called instead when confusion came up about the service booked. The atmosphere was cold and awkward, Ken was rude and dismissive, and no effort was made to help or resolve the issue. I was also shocked they only accept bank transfer and not card payments. Would not recommend.
