As always, Marylebone Nails and Beauty staff did a great job. The salon is clean, staff are friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable for central London. I'll be back!

The nails are lovely, but I am unhappy with the experience. I told the nail technicians that my last set of gel colour nails had started to peel off after a week and I got told it was my fault for either being too heavy handed or for washing my hands too much. They then said that maybe the weather caused the shellac to peel. Very annoying as I know that none of these would have caused shellac to PEEL off. I was not given an apology at all and was left sitting there feeling stupid for having mentioned it. I like this nail shop as it's very convenient for me but sometimes they are impolite and this isn't good customer service.
