I had an acrylic infill with shellac polish. Within 2 days one of the nails snapped off. The colour also went blotchy and started to fade which I've never seen with shellac before. I went back and they refilled the broken nail and I was charged £3. The colour was changed for free but I was asked if I had been using something to make the colour fade. They know I have eczema and problems with my skin and I never use any products on my hands other than extremely mild non medicated cream if I have to. Anyway... 3 days after having the colour changed two more of the nails snapped! One was while I was drying my hands in the bathroom. Another was while I was just typing on my phone. I think that when the colour was changed, the technician filed the acrylic overlay too much and made it weaker causing the nails to break easily. There is also a crack in one of the other nails so it's probably just a matter of time until it snaps. I don't have the time to keep going back to the shop to have the nails fixed. I am 100% certain that I am taking care of the nails but I know no doubt that I'll be questioned on what I might've done to break them though. Getting fed up with coming here although I've been a very loyal customer for the past 2 years and I have recommended numerous friends here. Pleeeeeease train your technicians to perfection - this is so frustrating!!! X
