Although the master is a good person, she does her work sloppy. Everything in the studio seems to be chaotic, the manicure is uneven, the gel was also on the skin around the nails. The first piece of gel broke off after 3 days after the manicure. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend saving on nails, it is better to choose a better studio.

I went in to find that the technician hadn’t yet arrived, meaning workers not trained instead did the gel removal. The filing caught my skin. Change of gels on fingernails took 1h30, which was quite a long time (I was the only customer). The finished product is definitely a bit rough around the edges and bumpy. Erin asked me if I was happy and rather than get more done I said yes as I didn’t have much time left, given it’d been well beyond the time I thought it would take. Shop is clean and nice

Had the most excellent time at Kemms, the girls are the sweetest, kindest team and Rhianne did a wonderful job on my nails. She was gentle, patient and consistently checked in with me throughout the process. Very skilled indeed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys - they’re awesome.

Fab massage. Still clearly the odd teething problem with it being a new business but that’s with any new company and didn’t affect the quality of the massage, which was excellent. Happy to positively review this and look to return too
