My experience was good and I usually always love going there but last time the nail tech was pretty rough and made my finger bleed from scratching it too much with the nail file. These things happen and I’m not mad about it but it would’ve been nice if I was offered at least a discount or something… my finger is still red and swollen even 2 day after.
