Ann, as always, takes the time to listen, offers excellent advice, and delivers consistently beautiful results. I always leave feeling confident and cared for. The atmosphere at Kelvin Hair is warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. It’s a place where you can relax, feel heard, and know that you’re in expert hands. Every area is clean and well-kept. It’s a standard that never slips. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
