It was great to get back to see Ann and I felt very at ease with all the new COVID 19 precautions which all the staff were following. Ann was as friendly as ever and explained everything that was required clearly. She still took the time, as always, to find out exactly what I was after. I love my hair cut and new fringe.

I was slightly apprehensive about going to the salon because of the pandemic. On arrival I was immediately put at ease. The staff were meticulous in their observations of protocol and cleanliness. I felt at ease and Anne was amazing. Very skilled and caring. Very few salons offer such expertise coupled with a genuine regard for their clients. I was delighted with my hair, changing from lockdown blond to uplift mahogany rich tones. The optional treatment was just divine 100% pampering experience
