Very friendly and personable, treatment was approx 20-25 minutes late. I was asked if I wanted my neckline done (as I have a shaved head) which I did. Middle of neck was done but the side were missed. Vent and bought some Veet to finish it off.

Kelly is a real professional - I have been going to her for over 12 years - my mum and sister too - my nails help me feel finished and confident - and she makes a great cuppa for me so that my half an hour sit down is welcome break once every 2 weeks.
