Absolutely disgusted in the service, I upgraded to a Hollywood when I got there as I couldn’t find it on treatwell beforehand thinking there would be a couple of pound difference as there is in most other waxing salons to be told on paying it was an extra £12!! to take off a landing strip you charged me £12?? A Hollywood is all off and I can assure you that there is still quite a lot of hair remaining so not only was I charged an extra £12 but it wasn’t even done properly. I will never use again
