Had appointment at 7pm, went in late which is fine, but nicola was defo in a hurry to get away so hurried both hands and toes, she did my nails okay but roughly did my toes, trimmed nails and never filed, slapped polish on, no time to dry really and a very poor experience, could not wait for me to pay and get out of the shop at 7.45, they left at 7.50....nicola told me her first day back...she did not offer for me to choose my nail colour either??? Strange, asked me what I like but had no patie
