It's too rushed,
My nails were roughly cut and filed and when I mentioned the nick nothing was done to glue it, there is an obvious second nick too but this was not glued either, I would have thought more care would have been taken first week open after such a long time, so maybe too many appointments were made to fit people in? The last time here was very good indeed, so disappointed 😞
