Second visit here and my nails look great and have lasted well. My main concern is hygiene and what is used to trim my cuticles. The cuticle scissors were just pulled out of a tray next to the technician and not cleaned or sterilised before they were used on me.If they could improve the sterilisation and cleanliness of the tools it would be much better.

Staff didn’t check what I was having before they started and struggled to communicate with them so I ended with not the treatment that I had ordered. Two nails were patchy and also the manicure didn’t last a day.
