Fabulous ..... professional whilst being friendly and a lovely person who knew what she was talking about. Kept me updated as she ran very slightly late with previous client .
This was my third time booking with Beauty Essence at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel and I will surely keep booking with them. Kelly is very helpful when arranging the visit and Alina is amazing at massages and treatments.
I was really pleased with my massage. I got parked easily at the hotel, and the therapist was waiting for me at reception. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The massage was very skilled and really helped my very tight shoulder muscles - thank you very much! I should have asked if there was an alternate route out of the hotel as I walked out the way I came in with the therapist, which was through a dining room where some people were eating. All in all, a fab experience and I only wished I'd stayed for a drink on the terrace afterwards as the view looked beautiful! I'll be back.
Even though at the last minute the lovely Kelly couldn't be there for our treatments, she had arranged for the equally lovely Jacqueline to pamper us instead. Thanks girls, we really appreciated it!
