The wax is always too hot. I mention it every time I go, and it doesn't really change. She does try to make it less hot by blowing on the wax and waving it around a bit before applying, but it is still very hot. I'm worried every time that it will burn my skin, which has happened to me before. Not what you want for intimate areas! I've had better waxes from places in London that don't burn anywhere near as much.
