Divya is always very welcoming, she has a friendly demeanour and always makes me feel comfortable and reassures me when performing her treatments. The wax can be quite hot on the skin but she is very efficient and does her best to cool it down. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to incorporate a wooden folding fan to cool down the wax even more. Nonetheless, I've been visiting Diyva for over 6 month now and would recommend her for all waxing needs!
