Divya did a wonderfully thorough job as usual with my threading and waxing - I keep getting compliments on the shape of my eyebrows since she’s being doing them. Then Ania gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had - my feet (which I’m quite proud of anyway) have never looked better, now that she’s thoroughly trimmed my cuticles and buffed my nails. I’m so happy to have found this fantastic and friendly salon... a great way to have spent my Saturday morning 😊

My worst salon experience ever - and I have been to many. Cannot understand why this place has such a high rating (which was the reason I initially booked my pre holiday waxing and threading there). The treatment room is in desperate need of renovation down a very dark and dingy set of steps. I had to ask the beautician to stop half way through my Brazilian as she was quite literally ripping my skin off. When we went back upstairs for threading she nipped the skin on my eyebrows meaning I spent the first few days on holiday with scabs on my face. At this point I had had enough and just wanted to leave - I didn’t have my final treatment. There was no apology or acknowledgement in anyway. I will never be returning and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Ana was absolutely lovely, my Mani pedi was great and my nails are holiday ready! The place is cosy and clean and both ladies are lovely. Will be returning here.
