My worst salon experience ever - and I have been to many. Cannot understand why this place has such a high rating (which was the reason I initially booked my pre holiday waxing and threading there). The treatment room is in desperate need of renovation down a very dark and dingy set of steps. I had to ask the beautician to stop half way through my Brazilian as she was quite literally ripping my skin off. When we went back upstairs for threading she nipped the skin on my eyebrows meaning I spent the first few days on holiday with scabs on my face. At this point I had had enough and just wanted to leave - I didn’t have my final treatment. There was no apology or acknowledgement in anyway. I will never be returning and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Ana was absolutely lovely, my Mani pedi was great and my nails are holiday ready! The place is cosy and clean and both ladies are lovely. Will be returning here.

The staff are lovely. They were running behind but still managed to fit my appointment in and I agreed to be delayed so the person before me could have an extra treatment. Flexibility is a big plus as far as I am concerned.
