The staff are very friendly and the prices are very good. I personally found the Hollywood wax a lot more painful than any other places I'd been to previously. I'm not sure exactly why but perhaps due to covering larger areas?! That said, the treatment was fairly quick and I'm happy with the results. I was handed over to a different lady for my eyebrow threading. The result is really good although she has made my eyebrows thinner than they were which they didn't really need but it's not a massive issue. I would say the price for threading seems a little expensive considering these are the minimum prices you'd expect to pay in central London.
