Lovely welcoming and experienced staff, salon is a little shabby though as it's a converted old house, could have been cleaner but I could tell they were really busy.
The waxing job was quick, no fuss. Good job done on my underarms and bikini line which had shorts hairs and some stragglers were tweezed out. However, I did book for a Brazilian wax which isn't what I got, it was just extended bikini line. It was my first time being waxed for a long time so quite painful to handle but a Brazilian should be all over and around except for a patch left on the top but I left with a lot of hair still on me, disappointing they didn't offer to do the underneath which most people would be too awkward to ask for. Nevermind!

It is an average place for facial. There is no proper arrangement as the salon itself looked good at the front but the facial was downstairs in cramped storage space which was not very clean but a bit messy. To be honest I found the deep cleansing average but it's so pricey in comparison to the treatment. The rest I found was salon is friendly and warm atmosphere.
