I wasn't going to leave this review as I don't like to be negative, but feel I need to share my experience for the benefit of others. On a positive note, Divya is very warm & welcoming. However The treatment room in the basement smelled damp & the floor was really not very clean at all. The waxing itself was quick but considerably more painful than most I've had previously (in over 10 years of waxing). A lot of the hair was also snapped rather than removed from the root so returned within days.
