Even though the stylist initially agreed to fix the colour of my roots free of charge, since it hadn't come out as requested during the first application, she suddenly decided that if I wanted to have it fixed, she would have to charge me for that. She also basically told me not go back to their salon in the future because of the difficulty in getting the right hair colour.
I am now therefore left with extremely yellow hair. Appalling unprofessional behaviour, I would leave 0 star if I could
