The room was mostly ok - not sure the towel I was asked to lay down on was 100% clean and unused by the person before/after me. It would've been a bit better had it been clean, or if there was that thin 'medical paper' that other salons (and even GPs) use. Other salons I've been to have netflix playing shows on a small screen in the room so that clients have something to watch while they get waxed - which is genius - and would be a great addition to KD salon
