My name is Olivia. I’ve just come back from holiday so only just now got a well writing this review. My treatment at Kbt was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole appointment, explained everything so clearly it was my second ever one so I was so nervous, but the whole appointment was so great! The wax itself was absolutely absolutely amazing
