K was very welcoming and gentle, it is clear she takes pride in her job and ensures the correct ombience is exacted to give customers the Kay's Glam experience. You you haven't given K a visit then you are missing out. You've tried the rest now try the best, you honestly won't regret it.

Excellent facial which catered to my specific needs (ie ageing skin whilst still suffering with conjested pores etc. Very comfortable environment and there was an explanation of what was going on all the way through. Left feeling very relaxed!
