From the moment I let Kay know I had arrived, she was very welcoming. The setting was clean and smelled fresh. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. She especially paid attention to detail during my hollywood wax, which showed she takes pride in her work. The waxing was as comfortable as it could be as we conversated through.
The facial that I had was also amazing. The products she used smelled lovely. It was very relaxing, especially the neck and shoulder massage.
