I honestly don't know where to start. I enjoyed everything. It was my first time doing a Hollywood wax, I was so nervous and you assured me and I honestly was surprised at the pain level which was low. You are so professional and thorough. My facial was sooo good too. My skin is still fresh 2 days later, I have been complimented a few times. My Swedish massage was the icing on the cake. It was soooo good and much needed and I slept sooo good. I can't wait to be back.

Honestly have never experienced such a good Hollywood wax! Thorough, painless (as painless as it gets), attention to detail, hygienic, friendly, value for money! I couldn’t fault it! I’m so glad I found Kay and will be returning regularly.
